We are currently seeking a PT Weekend Receptionist to work at our Wellesley, MA branch location to work approximately twelve hours per weekend. 


The responsibilities and basic skills/qualifications are as follows, but not limited to:



  • Answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel
  • Ordering supplies, office equipment, coffee bar as needed
  • Assembly and filing of agent packages
  • Maintains copier/fax/scanner machines and assists users with the transmission and routing of faxes
  • Assists in maintaining open house logs and listings in the system
  • Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate personnel
  • Greets clients and visitors  and manages conference room schedule
  • Supports other admin staff/agents with admin tasks
  • Provide consistent level of support in all stages of processing the office buyer/seller transactions utilizing various company systems.
  • Transaction management of office files to ensure all essential and applicable data is accurately entered, updated, and closed in accordance with information provided by sales associates, other parties to the sales transaction, and state and company paperwork requirements.
  • Assists in other tasks or procedures as necessary


    Basic Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • 1+ years of prior reception experience required
  • Strong customer service and creative problem solving experience
  • General computer knowledge and experience required
  • Proficient in Social Media and Microsoft Office; Outlook; Word and excel preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Prior Real Estate office experience preferred
