Coldwell Banker Burnet Plymouth office is looking to hire a Full Time Office Concierge. The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week with potential overtime on an as needed basis.


This Office Concierge exists to act as a liaison between the Sales Agents and Office Management or the Shared Services transaction support team. This position is the main point of contact for everything in the office, assisting agents with questions, general office procedures, and assisting the Marketing Support Specialist with agent marketing request.


The Office Concierge is also responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with on-boarding new agents, agent retention, all office functions, events and questions. This person is responsible for running the day to day operations and administrative functions of the branch office.




Agent Support:


  • Order AHS Home Warranties
  • Licensing support – work with licensing coordinator and agents to supply documentation and information on renewals and CE deadlines.
  • Assists Marketing Support Specialist with marketing requests for agent listings when time permits
  • Assist agents with navigating Instanet and Authentisign as well as the NRT Gateway tools including CBExchange, Toolbox, InTouch, CloudCMA, CirclePix, and agent profiles on and


            Branch Vice President Support:


  • Prepare Tuesday Meeting materials including presentation slides
  • Prepares recruiting materials including new recruit packets
  • Agent Award Tracking
  • Agent Communication via Text Message and Email Systems
  • Prepare Blueprint For Success and other onboarding materials
  • Provides overall recruiting marketing including newspaper and website advertising on sites like Craigslist, Monster, etc.


            General Office Support:


  • Greet visitors
  • New agent orientation/on-boarding
  • Facilities/Resource Room management including ordering supplies and working with vendors as needed for property maintenance.
  • Prepare Broker Tour Links/Printouts and send out to agents
  • Monitor Courier/UPS
  • Office Event Coordination
  • Creates content and posts to office social media sites
  • Vendor Relations/AP/AR including check requests
  • Processing of Earnest Money and Commission Checks
  • List and sales board tracking


  • High school diploma required; customer service training preferred  
  • 2 years  administrative experience required; real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems quickly; flexibility to support constantly changing business needs
  • Very strong computer and Internet competence with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience using call management software is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and file management skills, emphasis on attention to detail
  • Customer focused, delivery oriented, good team member, values honesty and integrity
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
