Property Frameworks, the property management subsidiary of NRT LLC, is currently seeking a Manager, Client Lead Conversion for its single-family residential business.

The primary job responsibilities will include:


  • Manage a sales team to convert inbound prospects and prove sustainable organic growth of business across multiple markets.
  • Continually train and motivate a centralized sales team in Dallas to grow the managed portfolio by selling services and closing of prospective clients.
  • Responsible for ongoing sales talent development and achievement of individual sales goals.
  • Contribute to the development of nationwide fee structure and value propositions.
  • Work with marketing support to develop sales materials. 
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop growth goals/initiatives and daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
  • Meet agreed sales targets on an annual basis.
  • Other projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Active Texas Real Estate License is required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership to manage, oversee and support team members
  • Experience in property management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment
  • Previous Real Estate Sales experience preferred
