Keystone Closing Services, a subsidiary of Title Resource Group (TRG), is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager at its headquarters in Sewickley, PA. 




The Sales Manager leads the Title Service Representative Team and provides training, guidance, and leadership while monitoring the performance of each team player and working with team to develop strategies to increase revenue/unit count and capture rates within each teamplayer’s assigned region.


  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to this group in all technical, operational and performanc e aspects.

  • Responsible for overseeing the TSR’s schedules to ensure adequate coverage for conferences, vacations, etc.

  • Coordinate regular monthly TSR meetings.

  • Maintain adequate TSR staffing levels to acheive production goals.

  • Travel to brokerage offices within region.

  • Develop ongoing focus on expansion/business growth through new business resources such as Lenders, Brokers/Franchises other outside business sources.

  • Provide recommendations to management regarding future staffing levels

  • Coordinate education programs for both internal and external clients.The Sales Manager will insure that a TSR will cover each class and montior the effectivenesss of presentations or provide coverage when TSRs are not available.

  • Maintain all weekly and monthly reporting from all TSRs (List Examples) and statistical reporting to management.

  • Create analysis tools and provide recommendations to measure customer concerns and need for process improvement.

  • Create productivity measurement tools and incentive analysis protocols to measure against industry standards.




A High School diploma or equivalent is required.  College degree preferred or equivalent work experience Five years of Title or Closing experience with at least two years of Sales Management/Business management experience overseeing a large team preferred. Thorough knowledge of the title and closing business on a regional level is key, including all appropriate laws, regulations and guidelines preferred.


Strong verbal and written communication and professional presentation skills required with both individuals and groups. Proficiency is Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word software and ability to quickly become acclimated to other internal programs is required.
