We are seeking two full time Content Management Coordinators to support our new Agent Studio — a state-of-the-art 7,000 SF education space in the heart of Union Square.  It is the first collaborative space of its kind in the residential real estate brokerage industry, where we offer our agents the opportunity to learn the business of real estate, meet industry experts, grow to their full potential, and innovate through the use of technology.

As a Content Management Coordinator, you will be a key player supporting the Education and Coaching teams, helping to execute all internal and external content-related initiatives, including the following projects:

- Create engaging materials / presentations for classes, coaching programs, and ongoing events

- Update and streamline existing education materials, documents and knowledge base articles

- Develop step-by-step text and video-based 'how to' guides and education courses

- Execute product marketing videos and case studies for internal adoption and agent recruitment

- Assist with video production projects, including coordination, setup and video editing

- Manage and create content for Agent Studio website, email newsletter and social media

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Ability to break down complicated concepts into simple content for a variety of audiences

- Strong focus on the user experience and an eye for design

- Web-savvy, quick learner of online productivity tools and proficient in Microsoft Office

- Qualities Desired: reliable, proactive, organized, strong attention to detail and dedicated

- Interest in residential real estate brokerage, business development and technology

Preferred Experience:

- Creation of instructional materials and presentations

- Online Tools: WordPress (CMS), Canva (Design), PDF editing software, Zendesk (Help Center)

- Video editing and DIY video editing apps (e.g. Animoto)

- Basic HTML and CSS

The role will start as a temporary position for a 4-month duration, with the potential to be renewed or transition to a full-time position at the company.
