Keystone TItle Services is seeking an experienced Title Services Representative to join our growing team to support the Bucks County region. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a team. Title Experience strongly preferred, but will consider training a person with the right personal and professional attributes.

 

This role is responsible for promoting, securing and servicing business from assigned real estate offices and other prospective sources while developing and maintaining relationships with Real Estate Agents in assigned territories. The Title Service Representative must establish a professional working rapport with title contacts and client representatives, as well as assist with closing settlement transactions. Seeking aggressive, sales-oriented individuals.

 

The Title Service Representative position is responsible for the development of relationships with internal and external parties, i.e. real estate agents, builders and lenders to impact sales and revenue within assigned territory.

 

  • Must identify, plan, execute strategic sales initiatives that can improve company performance and create a competitive advantage.
  • Implement approved sales programs to increase usage utilizing approved marketing materials.  Conduct and attend training classes and seminars for real estate associates to increase our market exposure.
  • Attend meetings or functions for current business partners to reinforce our current relationships, which may include conducting presentations. 
  • Establish a professional working rapport with your assigned branch manager and closing team.  Ability/willingness to perform closings.

 

Summary of Duties:

 

  • Responsible for the development of relationships with internal and external parties, i.e. real estate agents, builders and lenders to impact sales and revenue within assigned territory.
  • Must maintain relationships with clients to obtain repeat business, i.e. attend real estate office and other client meetings, conduct lunch and learn or training sessions for real estate agents, pick up sales agreements, answer agent questions, and attend real estate office functions.
  • Process/conduct closings in various offices as needed.
  • Present paperwork to buyer/seller and ensure that all paperwork is signed correctly.
  • Facilitate the resolution of any issues that come up at closing (fee issues, tax questions, etc).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Education – A High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
  • License of Certification – Notary public is required. Title agent license is preferred.
  • Special Skills – Strong interpersonal skills required and ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written). Math skills. Must be creative in the presentation of paperwork in order to make the closing as positive as possible. Strong presentation skills, organizational skills and the must have the ability to handle a fast-paced, changing, stressful environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Work Experience – This position prefers 3-5 years of related (lender, real estate) experience. 1-2 years of title or related business experience is preferred. Prior sales experience is preferred.
