MAJOR DUTIES

 

  • Maintain and develop outstanding client relations through communication, responsiveness and strategic partnerships
  • Create interdepartmental synergy that supports program growth and expansion while interfacing with  resources at Cartus, The Cartus Broker Network and USAA
  • Drive Program awareness within USAA locations in Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL that will result in measurable volume increases
  • With focus on quality, drive growth initiatives with the Tele performance team in Richmond, VA and Shreveport, LA
  • Review and Analyze calls through a calibration process, identify process improvement opportunities to increase call center performance/quality
  • Create and foster competition through varying recognition programs/contests
  • Develop and implement program parameters through effective leadership, communication and planning
  • Ensure implementation and continued execution of client Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation, motivation and professional growth
  • Ensure reporting and financials are executed per established expectations/contract
  • Initiate and execute innovative action to drive account development and revenue opportunities
  • Assess, adopt and relay client culture to facilitate greater conversion and member servicing
  • Utilize information resources to monitor Program activity, call center performance and profitability
  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Desired location for position is Phoenix Arizona or Tampa Florida

 

QUALIFICATIONS/SELECTION CRITERIA

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • At least two years account management/development experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Time/project management skills, strength at multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication
  • Self-starter/self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and matrix management; ability to influence others
  • Strategic/analytical-minded
  • Computer literate
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strength in trouble-shooting and resolving issues
  • Experience as an corporate trainer or educator, is a plus
  • Relocation or real estate industry experience a plus
