The Listing Concierge Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the local and national roll-out of the company’s Listing Concierge program, which includes, but is not limited to, planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project, including advertising. 


The successful Listing Concierge Project Coordinator will work closely with cross functional teams (Engineering, Development, Advertising, Strategy, Product, Education, IT) and senior leadership to ensure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule and on budget.  In addition, the Listing Concierge Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the program’s advertising in several publications around the country, including editing to ensure grammatical perfection and making sure the design is in compliance with company branding guidelines.


The Listing Concierge Project Coordinator will be responsible for meeting with internal stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clearly specify requirements of each project implementation. Ongoing, the position will be required to meet with various company stakeholders to adjust plans based on competitive needs, agent demands and/or budgetary requirements.


The position requires overtime hours and, initially (during Listing Concierge program launch and implementation), 30-40% travel.  Thereafter, travel will be reduced significantly but will be necessary 10-15% of the time.


The Listing Concierge Project Coordinator is very instrumental in the success of The Product Studio, the product arm of the company’s national marketing team.  The majority of the duties of this position must be performed without delay.  If this role is not performed successfully, the overall production of agents can be diminished; agents can be lost to competitors providing more effective products and services.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills; responsible for overseeing the program’s advertising and signing off on the final ads for each metro
  • Finance background and/or budget management are not necessary, as you can learn on a job, but a plus

    • Applying technology – Understand new technology and see how it might be applied to help solve a relevant problem.
    • Excellent communication skills – Influence by persuasion rather than authority.  Excellent verbal and written skills.  Write powerfully enough to persuade.  Present to large groups of company executives – explaining what the product is about and why it is important.  Engaging.  Clearly knowledgeable.  Passionate.  Speaks clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams and influencing across the organization
  • Experience defining business requirements and managing projects
  • Must enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneous and balancing priorities
  • Marketing and design background/experience is preferred
