The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for processing all new home listings and sale transactions by creating and managing the transactions in our operating system. This position includes data entry and the use of checklists to ensure accuracy and timely completion. 

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and requests and communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork.

  • Responsible for reviewing, auditing and uploading documentation for proper placement in the system
  • Enter information, upload documents and photos into local MLS
  • Create and manage transactions in operating system
  • Send communication to Sales Associates regarding status updates and incomplete files
  • Work with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Central Region Service Center staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors
  • Provide superior customer support to all of our agents and supporting staff at our branches Additional duties as required by business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s or Associates degree a plus; or equivalent work experience
  • Skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat.  Ability to learn external and internal real estate related applications.
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required combined with speed and accuracy.
  • Real Estate/Mortgage industry experience a plus
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
  • Outstanding organizational and file management skills; emphasis on attention to detail
  • Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, ability to work in a team environment
